Reception is currently manned between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

All Heads of Department and Heads of Year have voice mail. If the receptionist cannot gain a verbal response from a member of staff you will be asked if you would like to leave a message on the staff members voice mail. Staff generally check their voice mail daily and are asked to return your call within 48 hours*.

For those members of staff who do not have access to voice mail a message will be placed, by the receptionist, in a names pigeon hole. They are asked to respond to all calls within 48 hours.

*Please note: anything electronic can have a tendency to occasionally go wrong. If a call is not returned there is a chance that the message did not get saved. Please try again.
